31 ergonomic models across four ranges, from everyday task seating to ultra-premium executive chairs.
Declan, the office chair brand of Devatha Industrial Corporation, has been manufacturing office chairs in Bangalore since 1998. Because we make the chairs ourselves, you get the best quality at a fair, factory-direct price — whether you are furnishing a new office, replacing chairs for an existing team, or buying one chair for your home desk. Need desks too? See our office furniture and workstations and modular office fittings.
Different work needs different seating. A reception visitor chair, an 8-hour developer workstation and a director's cabin all call for different backs, mechanisms and finishes. That is why we offer free consultation (contact us): tell us how the chair will be used and your budget, and we will recommend the right model from our range.
Every Declan chair comes with a 2-year manufacturing warranty, repair service even after the warranty, full customer support and on-time delivery to your doorstep.

The mechanism and adjustments decide how a chair feels after eight hours. Here's what each term in our catalogue means.
Seat and back tilt together from a pivot under the seat. Simple and economical for short sitting hours.
The backrest reclines on its own spring while the seat stays level.
Back and seat recline together in a set ratio, keeping your feet on the floor — best for long hours.
Single lock holds the upright position; multi lock holds several recline angles.
Recline tension adjusts itself to the sitter's weight — ideal for shared desks.
The seat slides forward or back to set seat depth for taller or shorter users.
1D arms adjust in height only; 3D arms also move forward-back and pivot.
Supports the lower back's natural curve. Adjustable lumbar lets you set it to your spine.

Common questions about buying office chairs from Declan
What to look for when you buy office chairs in Bangalore, for one desk or a whole floor
Buying directly from an office chair manufacturer in Bangalore instead of a reseller gives you three advantages: a lower factory-direct price, better quality control, and one point of contact for warranty and repairs. Declan has made office chairs in Bangalore since 1998, so delivery, service and replacement parts are always close by.
If you sit for more than a few hours a day, an ergonomic office chair is worth it. Look for adjustable lumbar support, a synchro mechanism that keeps your feet on the floor when you recline, adjustable armrests and a breathable mesh back. High-back chairs with a headrest, like the Blissfly Elite, suit long working hours; medium-back chairs like the Marvel Elite are a practical choice for most workstations.
Declan office chair prices in Bangalore start at ₹3,300 for our special-price ergonomic mesh chair and go up to about ₹14,500 for premium executive models. The price depends on the mechanism (centre tilt, synchro, multi lock or auto weight), the arms (fixed, 1D or 3D), the base (nylon, chrome or aluminium) and the upholstery. Bulk orders get special pricing.
Our range covers revolving office chairs for workstations, mesh chairs for warm Bangalore afternoons, executive chairs in mesh or premium Rexin for cabins, and sled-base visitor chairs for meeting rooms and receptions — 31 models in total. Download the 2026 catalogue to compare them.
For IT companies, startups, co-working spaces and institutions, we supply bulk office chairs with customisation of fabric, colour, armrests and base finish, and doorstep delivery across Bangalore — including Bellandur, Whitefield and Electronic City.
